London and Edinburgh: Adam and Charles Black, 1892. First Edition / First Impression. Hardback. Very good condition. Set in the same fictional universe as Aleriel, the book has a twist on the usual interplanetary fiction insofar as Venusians come to earth to experience humans on earth. It's an examination of sorts examining the effect of planetary conditions on the development of society. Lach-Szyrma was a clergyman, so there's a religious and moral angle to the book also. The book is a little rubbed and toned, but overall a very nice copy. Very Good. Item #13637
