First printed in Blackwood's Magazine in 1859, and subsequently printed in collected works, but this is the first standalone issue (and, I believe, the first complete issue since the magazine). A nice copy. "This masterpiece, in little, has been called, and probably is, the best ghost story in the world" - a bold claim from the introduction.
