Beverly Hills, CA: Seven Arts Associated Corp, 1964? Manuscript Paperback. A very good copy. The date is hard to make out, but it's definitely the 1960s, 64 looks most likely. The script is an adaptation of Budd Schulberg's 1950 novel of the same name based on his relationship with F. Scott Fitzgerald. It's an uncommon piece; there's an interview with Coppola wherein he laments not having a copy, with some thinking it lost. The present copy came from the Fred Roos estate, Roos worked as a producer with FFC for a number of years. The present copy has been through the photocopier a couple of times as it's fairly light, but we've been unable to find any other copies. Brad-bound in a card folder, with rough label to the spine. 156pp, rectos only. Noted as Temporary First Draft. Very Good. Item #13167
